Medicine by Day, Art made by Heart

I am Doc Danah, a Filipina physician-artist currently practicing in Iloilo City. While my medical career is dedicated to healing and science, my canvas is where I explore the vibrant, untamed beauty of the world around us.

Born in Las Piñas City, my artistic roots are deeply tied to the colorful Parols of my hometown. Those geometric bursts of light has always mesmerized me when I was a child, and has inspired my love for my abstract forms and vivid palettes. 

Today, my work focuses mostly on these forms:

• Wildlife & Vibrant Florals: Capturing the intricate details and energy of nature.

• Surreal Women Portraits: Exploring beauty and grace through a dream-like theme.

• Abstracts: Modern interpretations of a traditional Filipino spirit.

For me, painting is more than a hobby; it is a therapeutic sanctuary and a vital part of my life’s balance. I am profoundly grateful to serve my community through medicine while pursuing the craft I love most.
